Katadyn Combi Water Purification Filter
with Kitchen Faucet Adapter

The Katadyn Combi is the only portable outdoor water purification filter that can be converted for RV use or temporary home use by connecting the faucet mount adapter (included) to a kitchen or bathroom faucet. Either way, in the field or in the house, the Combi will assure you of safe drinking water.

Separate Ceramic and Carbon Filter Elements: The silver impregnated cleanable ceramic element is effective against bacteria, protozoa, algae, silt, fungi, and viruses attached to 0.2 microns or larger particles. In addition, replaceable activated carbon will reduce iodine, chlorine, pesticides, and other chemicals, and can actually improve the taste of water. Note that the ceramic element can be used alone, and the carbon cartridge need only be if the water contains chemicals or has a bad taste.

Features include:

Silver impregnated ceramic will filter down to 0.2 microns, removing disease causing micro-organisms; can be cleaned frequently

Separate carbon cartridge can be filled with replaceable activated carbon granules for reduction of chemicals in the water

Manual pump action Combi has an output of approximately 1 qt/min, and with few moving parts

Ceramic cartridge has a service life up to 13,000 gallons (50,000 liters)

Faucet kit, usually optional but included with this order, attaches the Combi to your RV or house faucet for temporary emergency use (retail value $54.95)

Also included: long hose for reaching water source; measuring gauge tells you when filter needs to be replaced; abrasive cleaning pad for cleaning ceramic; silicone lubricant; 2 packets activated carbon granules; a water bottle adapter for direct connection to PET, Nalgene, and SIGG bottles; waterproof carry bag
