RESTOP Emergency Lavatory System -

One of the key issues in survival situations...power outages, water outages, hurricane or tornado damage…is a substitute bathroom. The RESTOP Lavatory System by American Innotek has solved that problem in an environmentally safe, EPA-approved fashion with a lightweight privacy tent, a sturdy commode with full-size folding toilet seat, and 10 landfill-safe disposable daily restroom kits.

Consists of:

Privacy Tent – sturdy, collapsible (folds into a carrying case), water repellent and fire retardant, quick connect joints for rapid setup, includes tie-down rope and anchor stakes, inside zipper. Tested and used by Everest Environmental Expedition at altitudes over 21,000 feet; 6’6” at center, 4’ x 4’ at base, weighs 7.5 lbs.

Commode – sturdy, tight seal locking lid, manufactured from industrial grade polyurethane, standard toilet height, full-size folding toilet seat, tested by US Marine Corps at 300 pounds for 12 hours.

Daily Restroom Kits (10) – each kit contains 2 Restop-1 liquid waste bags, 1 Restop-2 solid waste bag. Each Restop-1 bag contains super absorbent polymers and enzymes that will absorb a full 20 ounces of urine, plus deodorants to eliminate odor, wide opening with semi-rigid rim allows for easy use by men or women, one-way valve prevents spillage should the used bag be accidentally dropped. Each Restop-2 consists of an outer Mylar bag and an inner bag with the same polymers and deodorizers, plus solid waste enzymes. Also included, ample toilet paper and antiseptic towlettes.

Special Note: RESTOP-1 and RESTOP-2 are environmentally friendly, can be disposed of with normal trash for landfill disposal, and are EPA approved. The U.S. Marine Corps has estimated shelf-life at 10 years plus.
