At Emergency Survival USA, we want our customers to visit us again and again. The only way we know how to earn that kind of loyalty is for you to be totally satisfied withour service. If you order something from us that isn't what you expected when you receive it, you can send it back within 10 days for a full refund, exchange, or credit. No questions asked. You will need a Return Authorization Number before any return, so in the event you experience a problem, have a question or concern,

Guidelines

All products are guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Those manufacturers whose guarantee is longer will be noted on the product page for that item.
A return for any reason will require a Return Authorization Number that must be obtained by contacting us and must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
Any return must be packed carefully in the original package with any accessories and original documentation(directions, owner's manual, warranty card, etc.). In the event you wish a replacement that is no longer available, we will contact you to determine whether you would prefer a different item, a credit, or a refund.
